There is a lot of development happening near the back gates of Disney around Western Way that will introduce more hotel options and vacation rentals very close to Disney that will dilute the profit margins.

As others have commented, home supply is not close to meeting demand in Western WA.

This does not sound like stability to my western ears.

I have been on BP for less than a month but I am already convinced that extra caution is required doing any business here.I almost got conned too but the mention of sending 1% Insurance fees via Western Union or MoneyGram confirmed my suspicions that I was dealing with potential fraudsters.

In 2005 my rent for a 2 bedroom 2 bath was $1800 in a non-rent controlled apartment building in Western Addition.

Maybe cali tenants are different than us mid-westerns.
