Brad E. How to stop mail coming to rental property in my name

The other side is open.I have checked the mailbox for the open side several times and see that I am getting mail addressed to my name in that mail box.I have written "not at this address" on the mail and put it back in the box for the mail person to pickup but the mail continues to come.I am trying to play the role of 'property manager' instead of 'owner' to the tenants, per recommendations from several sources.

He had everything fully inspected and signed off on, but was able to think out of the box a bit and figure out a few work around's for some of the things that the inspector requested.

@Mike Cumbie  Mystery solved - after having difficulty with the short sale, the owner signed over the property to an investor who gave her some money and then the investor was supposed to handle the loan with the bank.

@Harry Williams Since you are getting the showings, that leads me to think that the house is checking the boxes for people when they look at the pictures and price, but when they get to the house there is something about it that doesn't match up to the competition at that price point.For instance, a couple years ago we had a single family flip sit on the market longer than expected because the living area was a little bit smaller than the competition.
