A little bit about me:

I am an engineer (mechanical by education, industrial by trade), hoping to get started as a real estate investor in my spare time. I am originally from Northern Nevada, but I have recently accepted a job in Tallmadge Ohio, and I expect to be relocating to the Akron area within the next month or so. (If anyone is in the Akron area and would like to meet, please feel free to reach out. It would be nice to get to know some people in the area.)

I graduated college about a year ago, and I've been working and saving up since then. I have been reading books on real estate investing and I think I'm ready to start putting my extra cash to work.
