My strategy is buy and hold so would be looking for a cash flowing rental and your post definitely sparked my interest in looking closer at the Reading market since I'm only 45 minutes away.

some guests try to work the system and demand full refunds with elaborate stories. two weeks after they cant post a review so move on. 

I get fresh leads everyday by posting quality, non commercial contemporary content on a daily basis.  

@Chris Campeau I was asking because I actually have several investments with them and am concerned based on what you've posted.
