@Russell Brazil contracts in South Carolina ( Board of RE contracts) have auto extensions in them for funding delays. usually 10 days. but after that your out of contractour contracts in Oregon have a close date you miss it you miss it.however as a practical matter we extend for financing often here in Oregon but its usually just 2 to 5 days.

I would not be surprised if a larger property manager has more specific systems in place that auto forward the payments on a certain date.
