The problem is the majority of the profession is still using antiquated software and technology that isn’t compatible or connected, and as a result, delays continue to be a problem.

Though powered by electric, the heat pump technology means they are very efficient compared to electric heat and maybe gas heat too.   

If there's new technology that would extend the roofs life and successfully repair any leaks, while saving the owner money to replace the roof, then it's my job to figure that out and implement it.

Bonus: Use technology more effectively in my real estate pursuits.

However this time I am smarter and technology is greater.
