Hi Elsa,I have read that traditional structural brick houses are rarely built in the US these days because modern frame houses with brick veneers are both cheaper and offer structural advantages. 

I see that there are at least a few people who have considered the question, and understand the value of integrity in modern business. 

A nice brushed metal tap brings the bathroom into the modern era.

It's 3 years old and is a modern, kind of fancy place that we paid a high price per square foot to get into.

Here are a few tips:=> Have a modern design with a clean structure, responsive for mobile=> Put photos of your properties and bio of yourself=> Check out how fast it opens =>  Have important information easily accessible to your potential customers=> Integrate Google Analytics, check your daily traffic and analyze the information e.g. high bounce rate means your potential online lead are exiting fast due to lack of interest content usually=> Focus on particular keywords, optimize for search engines=> Offer great content, quality information that is useful for your leads and check your page rank=> Build a brand utilizing Social Media e.g.

This is the modern day equivalent of the late night TV infomercials of the 1980's and 1990's that advertise making millions in real estate. 

Both major plants (GM & Chrysler) are investing big into revitalizing and modernizing their plants.

No clue if that applies to modern day.

After some medical issues she decided it was time to move into a retirement home.I don't have the money to do a full purchase, but I would like to work out a deal where  I renovate/modernize her home (it is the same layout as mine), then when it is sold I get a percentage of the profit.
