Totally possible.If you do a street view of the address returned by the city parcel search you can see that this property not only matches the photos of the building where the police were entering, but also has a garage on the property with the same trim and design as the one taped off by police Just my two cents.

I've had concrete/framing crews cut down trees for a 24-pack of beer and caulk hardie slats,eaves,fascia and trim on an entire exterior for $100.00.

As long as they are close in color shade , I then filter and mix them up in a 35 gal plastic barrel which has a cut-off valve in the bottom to fill up the 5 gal buckets.By doing this, I pay average $6-$8/gal - The only thing I buy at the store is gloss / semi gloss white trim paint.

If you do something very basic in the basement like adding a bathroom and framing, insulating, drywall, plenty of outlets and lighting in the rest with basic trim and flooring you should be able to come in under $10,000.

I recently painted just the trim on the front porch of our duplex for whatever 1 qt of paint cost, and it made a huge difference.If you can figure out tile, that's a good one.
