Jessie, I have a colleague that works for a law firm in DC and I am going to ask them about this.Jeremy, I understand just moving on but if I can at least get her in contact with someone else or a lawyer that can assist her, I feel she would be pleased and return the favor.Mike, I am going to dig deeper into this but if she did sell the property I believe it would solve her problem but create a problem for me.Thanks for the response everyone!

I have a slightly different perspective - when I see a property that has a long DOM (e.g. 60 - 90 days, or even better, 180 days), I actually dig deeper

Not saying it cannot be done, but as one person said earlier, get your own house in order, otherwise you could be digging yourself deeper.
