Shortly after closing, we made the decision to close the 20-bed home down completely to renovate it, moving some residents from that home to the other home where it made sense to do so, and sadly discharging others who, for one reason of another, were really not appropriate for this type of home.

Which isn't always, sadly. 

Sadly, it is also typical for HOA's to simply tell you that YOU need to work it out directly with the other Owner unless a common element is involved. 

I have seen some really sad and unfortunate circumstances with these types of deals.Renting obviously has been some success to you since your looking to grow your portfolio, or at least stay in the game. 

A great deal of mailers end up in the shredder, sad to say.

PS: Don't feel bad if I take a few days/weeks to respond, I'm retired lol  Bryce,Isn't it amazing what can be accomplished with good old hard work, sadly missing in many of our younger generations.

I know there are lot of real estate agents , brokers , realtors here in BP but honestly I heard many sad stories from my friends about realtor who push non profit house to buy for Thier profit  😞.

Because it's sad and rare.
