Rented both units of our duplex out for 3 months to traveling nurses on a short term contract which gave us 100% occupancy this past winter (although at a discounted price point) and I have two 1 month+ stays at my SFH later this summer/fall.

I would ask some local nurses on what the deal is there and some other investors as well.

Purchase price: $155,000 Cash invested: $165,000 Made into a short term rental for military, traveling nurses etc...

Attend local BNI's and chamber mixers to meet other professionals in the area who might align well with you to send you leads...example: home health nurses, estate planning professionals, probabe attorneys, divorce or bankruptcy attorneys, realtors, property management companies, ...you get the picture :-)Best of luck! 

The situation is that being an agent is a longer-term view and is very competitive, unless you can identify and build your business around a specific clientele.General practitioners, starting out, have a tough road to hoe, but can do very well in a "team" environment, so they learn the business from the ground up from a mentor. 

I'm curious as to whether or not anyone has successfully negotiated a nursing home judgment.

I work as a travel nurse and go to various cities in different states frequently and am wondering about the logistics of this move.

My friend's assisted living does not have any skill nursing on staff.

Seems to be full all the time with nurses and therapists and legislative aids...oh my...

This was a job change in Dec 2020 but I have been a nurse for over 2 years (with full time work).
