Rented both units of our duplex out for 3 months to traveling nurses on a short term contract which gave us 100% occupancy this past winter (although at a discounted price point) and I have two 1 month+ stays at my SFH later this summer/fall.

The situation is that being an agent is a longer-term view and is very competitive, unless you can identify and build your business around a specific clientele.General practitioners, starting out, have a tough road to hoe, but can do very well in a "team" environment, so they learn the business from the ground up from a mentor.
