Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $155,000
Cash invested: $165,000

Made into a short term rental for military, traveling nurses etc...

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Cash flow. Saw this as a better opportunity then putting money in the market.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

With a realtor, I think I found it on Zillow. Purchased right before the dip but it has worked out so far.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Furnishing it and renting to 30 day or more renters.

What was the outcome?

Just getting it launched. I hope this will make me at least 24k a year.
