That, or you can spend the rest of your life grinding till the end and miss the whole purpose of achieving financial freedom in the first place. 

Try to keep all communication to a minimum....the next thing you know they would complain about the "noise" upstairs.    

A lot of educators in Phoenix are essentially building a network of people to do the daily grind of cold calling, direct mail marketing, etc.

Agree with everyone else - just tell them what day so they can move cars and stuff away from the house, and that it will be a bit noisy while they replace the roof in case your tenant works from home or has pets/kids that may be sensitive to noise.

That noise you hear above you, is my point flying way over your head. 

Have there been any issues with the door operation...jerky, or panels not properly aligned, or unusual or loud noises?

Moving to a new state (Maine) at 63 years old and starting from scratch in a state where I knew nobody except family meant I'd need to invest 5 or so years grinding to develop any meaningful following, referrals and repeat business.  

Not sure how much extra noise that creates though given people don't read descriptions well. 

Right now, it's a sellers market and getting anything to adequately cash flow like you probably want is not as simple as one would hope/ As always there are still deals if you grind out opportunities. 

It's a slow grind.
