Seller financing isn't always a good option because banks specifically forbid it, because the buyer has to take a deed transfer and that would cause a lien position loss on their end.

My contract with them clearly states that I have the right to sublet and/or assign the property.On the other hand my contract with the buyer strictly prohibits any subletting.

He briefly mentioned the Right to Show Clause: that the buyer reserves the right to show property prior to settlement for purpose of selling, renting or leasing, and the seller agrees to permit access to buyer at anytime up to date of settlement.If anybody has any experience with this, I would love to pick your brain and learn how I can utilize it.Thanks!
