The bigger ticket rentals have more bedrooms and higher so. ft.On the smaller rentals, it's averaging around $800.Bank owned properties in that area range from $17K - $80KI hope this helps.

Ali Boone - if the provider is claiming everything is perfect (including the new roof, etc.) and is ready for you to buy, but you are now finding issues with big ticket items (roof, foundation, HVAC, etc.) during the inspection, so how can you trust the provider?

And before she was savvy on short sales, she flew from Raleigh to Orlando to look at one house, told them she'd make a full price offer and the realtor (on the spot) told her the bank would never accept that price and wanted $10k more; when she agreed, the figure jumped to $15k more and she told the realtor to forget it (after buying a plane ticket, paying for a hotel, and renting a car).
