Iran is fixing to release a bunch of oil and when the last shortage happened many went drilling for more oil sources and found them.

If you do a search for cheap Class C properties (for example $50,000 to $150,000/$200,000) in the Midwest (pick a random city), ask yourself why there are so many of them with a housing shortage?

I'm not being flippant with that comment, the current Reno market is not friendly to new investors due to a shortage of homes and the difficulty in obtaining the funds to do deals with.It'll happen, sooner rather than later would be nice.

Being on I-85 its home to lots of warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing businesses and the service economy there continues to grow - all demanding workforce housing, of which there's a chronic shortage.

In Houston and in Atlanta, there is a shortage in good areas, there have been multiple offers submitted on days of open houses. 

For example: I never have a shortage of leads.

There’s definitely a shortage of rentals in that area. 

Contractors have no shortage of work , we do have a shortage of materials and especially a shortage of labor .

There is also a housing shortage in the area, so if I don't do well with it being a STR I can easily rent one of them out  long term.
