So here's the scoop I have no money I have no experience in real estate and I live in the Denver Colorado area. I have been doing research online and aparently apartment buildings are the key to creating long term wealth. I am a good in sales and a decent negotiator. What would I need to do to find an investor to put up 100% of the funds for an apartment complex and how could I structure a deal to include myself on the ownership of the building. I know it sounds crazy. I'm willing to do what ever it takes. Any feedback is appreciated thank you!
