Granted, none of them are Mass, and every state is different...and Mass is probably more different than most.

I believe that when you are working off low spreads, on small houses such as these, you really should own one or two outright to provide you with strong cash flow to help buoy the others until you reach a critical mass. 

You are well on your way and you will reach critical mass where you cant buy fast enough and that is always fun to watch people get there!

Have you tried mass editing the raw CSV before importing?
