Hi Lynn,Why not call the bank and find out what they mean.They might want a corporate/LLC "Resolution" adopting them, and/or a "Resolution" allowing you to open the account.States differ on their laws, and banks in different states will differ on what they want to open a business account.There are also Federal anti-money laundering laws the bank must follow as to what they want.It's probably best to just get on the phone and ask them.You will have to do exactly as they ask, or they won't open the account.
