Living in California, buying rental property Cleveland OH

Hello, I was wondering if someone could share some pointers. I am in process to get a rental property in the city of Cleveland,OH , my state of residency is California. should/could I use any other State LLC (ex. Delaware) to own an Ohio LLC that will be used to own the property located in the city of Cleveland?
