I am very capable of covering all services, but there is an inherent conflict of interest built into the way owners generally look to hire and pay their managers.Granted, there are good managers that figure out a way to keep the lights on without digging too deep into their clients pockets, but the problem (in my opinion) is with the pay structure that is commonly used.
