Does anyone know of any meet up groups in South Los Angeles or North Orange County Area?  

Yeah i had some relatives that had some issues with Orange county appraisal board which is where Vidor is, I believe.

Currently I read that only Princeton, Montclair, Maplewood and East Orange are beginning to permit ADUs, but I'm curious if you know more.

Hi All, I am an investor looking to increase my deal flow in the Southern California Market (Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego counties) for SFRs and du- to quad-plex deals.

You want to be within 15 miles of Disney not in Orange County FL.

Before we used Behr and one room we picked an orange color in our house, the paint had sludge in it or something.  

They then sprayed an orange peel texture over all of the walls to help them all look uniform.

On my current project, I had to use TSP to clean the walls and then a Kilz oil based primer prior to putting on the paint because the place reeked of cigarette smoke and the walls were sticky with nicotine or tar or something related.As I said, the paint went on nice and thick and only needed one coat(over the primer) and that was on a bright lime green wall and an orange wall.You can usually get a slightly better deal if you buy paint in 5 gallon containers if you need to buy that much.
