I am excited to learn and can't wait to get my first deal under my belt!

I don’t want to waste your time so until I have a property under assignment contract primarily in a wholesale deal under my belt first , the first number I’m calling is my title service and the second is yours.

But that doesn't mean turnkeys aren't good for other people who may not have any of those things under their belt.

I eventually want to do multifamily and commercial and I will, but not before I get lots of their properties under my belt.

So after I got my first deal under my belt I got super excited and started searching more rapidly!

Our 1st mortgage is for $144k @ 4%, and we have a 2nd through a private party for another $150k @ 8% that we use for our flipping business (3 flips under our belts.)  

I need to get my first deal under my belt and done right so I too can rinse and repeat.
