I haven't seen any bills for that yet but I'm sure it will cost a bit of money as well.The point is, things break quicker than you expect, the property is vacant every so often and needs fresh paint, and you quickly spend a lot more than what you expected to spend.

All those issues are going to cost a lot to fix I think you will have to offer below $80,000 to make the house a deal especially since this home is smaller than the one you had appraised for $150,000.Good Luck,Allen Fletcher

My thinking is that four adults will cost a lot more in utilities, but I’m not sure if raising rent is something commonly practiced when there are extra tenants.
