I haven't seen any bills for that yet but I'm sure it will cost a bit of money as well.The point is, things break quicker than you expect, the property is vacant every so often and needs fresh paint, and you quickly spend a lot more than what you expected to spend.

My thinking is that four adults will cost a lot more in utilities, but I’m not sure if raising rent is something commonly practiced when there are extra tenants.
