Trying to get an idea of total costs to get the sites setup.

If you are new at new construction and have some ideas on what you want to do, like your plans/designs and what type of lifestyle you are willing to navigate.

The mess that we took over was substantial - no leases, little contact info, and no idea what the security deposits were.

However, it is never a bad idea to overestimate expenses and under estimate the final sales price.

This idea scales for any idea when you're trying to get work done on multiple properties; I need gutter work and a guards to be put on two properties, but most of these estimate generators are for a single residence.

Any ideas?

I know this is a question to a immigration attorney but I would like to know if there is anyone who has done it or doing it so that I can get some guidance going forward.Also, Is it a good idea to open an LLC if the no of properties I own is less than 4? 

If i do put them both into a single one, I have no idea which state to choose. 

to get a good idea of rehab cost.This way you get houses that no one else is looking at, and you get a house that will scare away most investors as well.....No it's not fun, can even be dangerous, but it's the only way i know to get a jump on the other investors......Contact me if you need more info.....
