How to talk to businesses/contractors when wanting bids on multiple properties?
This idea scales for any idea when you're trying to get work done on multiple properties; I need gutter work and a guards to be put on two properties, but most of these estimate generators are for a single residence. When you call and talk to people how to you frame the discussion for looking for a better deal since you're wanting to do multiple properties?
