The End of Mom & Pop Real Estate Investing
11 December 2012 | 4 replies
"Mom and pop" investors aren't going anywhere no matter what they tell you, and you don't need to spend $20, $50, $100, or $1000 a month on some guru's course to learn that.Do a search on the forums and the BiggerPockets Blog for "hedge funds" and you'll find plenty of great discussion and fantastic articles that will prove to be helpful to you on the topic.Otherwise, your post tackles two different topics -- hedge funds pushing out investors and the fiscal cliff.

How can I do more without having to spend more. For example, just dealing with actually motivated selelrs (so focus on quality not just quantity), you 1). make MORE deals, 2).You Close deals FASTER, and as they are actually motivated, there is a lot more meat left on the bone so your 3).profits per deal are huge, and because the only way to reliably get to the motivated leads... is by haivng them find you and not yo ulooking for them (you CAN NOT target motivated selelrs... not poosible.. they have to find you, 4) you cost per deal is 100% free.Once this is in place, you tackled the quality aspect of things.
