The seller is happy cause they avoided foreclosure, the banks are happy cause they were paid the money they wanted, and the end buyer is happy cause they didn't have to wait 3-4 months to find a house.The idiots who ruin it for us are the people not doing it right.

It seems with all the messy wetness in a kitchen they may get ruined easier.
