We all have the bias from over-influence by authority to some degree.

Something that sticks in my mind from BP contributor & great guy Tony Alvarez (AKA: The REO Mentor & The Outspoken Investor) is that he used an entity with an insurance policy and could add & remove properties much easier and for less wether he was holding for rental or rehabbing then selling.

The homelessness caused by overregulation are creating the problem they are spending all that money to solve, when in reality, if they'd try to influence politicians from passing those regulations, everyone would be better off.

That said there are national influences, as seen in the last 5 years.

Another thing is when you use these items there are outside influences such as wind etc. where some of the spray can actually blow into your eyes!

However, the influence of the Beltline is already apparent.

The hedge fund influence is undeniable  along with the heard mentality 2 to 4 years ago the Aussies were so hot on Atlanta it was crazy..
