It helps to be clear with your intent.If you're creating a website with the intention to draw in traffic and new seller leads, you'll want to include branding and website in your letter so they can be synergistic.If you're a 1 man operation and the focus of the site is mainly to display credibility and what you do/who you are, then I think a personalized type letter is better suited.

I wish I had some ninja moves to offer you, but the only thing that comes to mind is this:  this behavior seems to be in violation of their duties per the broker license they must have, so you could find the managing broker's info and call them, and if they do not respond call the local Real Estate Commission and let them know what's going on.
