Offer to be of any service in any capacity to anyone in the industry.Go with Grace, be of good Faith, remain Strong. 

There are examples in the forums of deals that fell through because the agent did not do things right, deposit the good faith on time, get a particular doc signed/initialed, send the docs to the right people on time.

So you better have a lot of faith that you won't get fired or have a desire to leave your current job if you take out a loan against your 401k.That said, I have been maxing out my 401k every year.

Ok @Walter Edmondson, here is how MOST (not all) of the seminar industry works.They get a "poster child", like Kiyosoki to lure you in and create credibility.
