You may have store stuff for 30 days, but usually thats when a property has been abandoned and you've gone through serving unpaid notices and before any eviction process.

I did a skip trace on an abandoned property and the report they sent back was full of addresses and email addresses.

If the mailing address is the same as the property address but the home is clearly abandoned, you will need to conduct a skip trace to find updated contact information for your prospect.

If I saw that a property clearly looked abandoned from Google Maps or bought over 20 years ago, then I would find the owner's correct address and resend the letter.
