Hello BPers,

I recently joined BP and looking to start wholesaling in Michigan. I am looking to purchase a mailer list through listsource.com and the main criteria I have is equity % over 20%. Is there more criteria that I should be looking for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Mike Taravella,  Congrats on diving in.

What are your goals?  It would be more helpful and you will probably get more responses if you tell us what you would like to do.

Are you planning on just doing lead generation for investors or do you plan to offer full service "turn-key" investments?  Or are you looking to fix and flip?

Woods
