It is a great CRM to use with Apple devices.

My first thought is to do what we did...go to Meetup.com, and use that platform as your website and magnet.

I figured the ones that are unable or unwilling to follow my simple directions to read my rental criteria and fill out a simple form, will probably not make good candidates as they will likely not follow my rental rules or agreement; so that is another way to filter-out the bad apples. 

It's always the bad apples that ruin it for everyone.

There are free timestamp apps available for Apple and Android phones that allow you to take photos or videos with timestamp.

I just wasted a lot of time with Deworsification and I can't have any influence on Apple stock.

Put your address, phone, email etc right on the home page as well as a contact form.Last but not least, get your business and website listed in Google Pages/Maps, Bing Maps, and maybe even Apple Maps!

I also think it's about entertainment and experiences and stores that are fun to go to like the Apple Store or Disney store will be fine.
