As part of the advancement in technology, and to speed things up, provide more value to sellers and make things more efficient overall... we are now offering virtual walkthroughs. 

Climate change and technology are changing the game for every industry.

We found using webinar and video technology to pitch the deal saved us a lot of time on the phone instead answering the same questions with different people individually.

HI Guys, I would just like to add that with todays technology, i would NEVER drive for dollars.

I'd be out on my boat and thanks to technology of the time (call forwarding, (LOL)), answer the phone as if I were in the officeand domy thing!

I am new to Bigger Pockets but have been a Real Estate professional in the North Alabama area since 2009.In November 2014 I started my owner real estate brokerage offering discounted seller commission and technology driven marketing.
