Is the hospital a destination?

I enjoy that you and your wife rent; in this market I think it's extremely smart as it frees up monies to invest, you guys are fluid to stop and stay for a while at one of your destinations, etc.

It also does well with outside storage as it's close to vacation destinations in northern Michigan.

Primarily, tourists go to these places for the all inclusive resorts/also cruise competition which both options are not too expensive in many cases.

This is not a "destination rental" like a condo across from Piedmont Park. :-)I have access to all of the paperwork.

I'll definitely be cruising biggerpockets a lot and increasing the number of  podcasts I listen to.

I've toyed with the idea of Ogden Valley and Powder Mountain since the goal of the new ownership there is to build a village and turn it into a Park City style area, but it's already priced like it's Park City.Even the mediocre western ski destinations have exorbitant real estate pricing. 

I am looking for an REIA meetup or fb page in the panhandle Florida area preferably Destin but from Pensacola to Destin.
