It's not an RE book per se but check out "The 4-hour Workweek" by Timothy Ferriss

These se my personal favorites listed in order of my personal preferences.

To me this example demonstrates some silliness of mortgage rules that won't count SE income but will allow any employer paid income.

It's not cash per se... but if you keep too much in cash that's really a wasted opportunity IMO.

If you keep your letters short, I mean bare bones minimum, you can write your letter in English and Spanish, 1 paragraph or so for each on the same page.Another option which is pretty popular, is to add the line "Se Habla Espanol"Just make sure you have someone who can speak Spanish ready.

or it could be...the north x' of the north 1/4 of the se 1/4 of the west half of section #, township #, etc.
