I just told a wholesaler yesterday, I want in this neighborhood, in this price range, if you find it,  i'll be ready with the cash ASAP.... what investors don't want, is someone throwing the everything and anything, it feels like you're blindly throwing darts at a dartboard hoping one will stick, and from the investors perspective, it's kinda annoying (b/c it shows you either didn't listen, or didn't care), and you'll get wrote off as not providing good leads.
