How to the big players do it?

My Jets seemed to have gone on a diet this season with all of the talent they let go but substituted and kept some quality players and I think it'll be to their benefit.

That weeds out the players from the amateurs.

My clients aren't players at anything under 7% cap rates, so we have had to find things that are off-market.

I did get an MP3 player a few years ago, but mostly used it to listen to the radio while sitting at a desk at a j.o.b.

My advice, figure out who the big players are on this site and see how they can help.

If the regulatory barriers are removed, the cost of setting up a business taking these pictures or video is so low that there will be plenty of players.

If you want a cash flow house, get a cash flow house.This is like sitting at the poker table with 3 Jacks, but seeing face up in front of another player, they they have 3 Queens, and someone else has your 4th Jack, and you still keep adding to the pot.

Hoping some of you real players can clear this up for me....kind of confused on that note.

Our entire market is small (city pop under 85k), it's pretty easy to keep track of the players.
