I advocate for keeping for the long haul.

You don't buy betting on appreciation, but you'd be wise to give yourself a chance for appreciation to turn that average/good investment into a great investment over the long-haul.       

You can create almost anything – from toys and tools to medical implants and even houses!

My normal costs for tree removal are around $600 per tree to fell and haul off.

My perspective is that I am in this for the long haul and strategically investing into the property will bring long term benefits over time.

@Henry Lazerow and @Brie Schmidt Just curious if either of you know the answer for any of these instances -> For 2-4 unit buildings, there is now the charge per unit on water/sewer bills for trash or waste hauling or whatever it is called.
