Granite counters, replace carpet with LVT, updated wall colors, paint cabinetry and woodwork white, hard landscaping.

Also, some woodworking in my spare time and have some minor experience and have family in the construction industry.

I don't know if he works in that area or does 203 jobs, but the only contractor I know and trust in that area is Garrett Davis of GW Woodworks in Gardiner 

It would be great for someone who does woodworking, automotive, upholstery, plumbing or electrical contractor or someone who does counseling, or cabinetry.

So my enjoyment of renovations can be on a small built-in, or a nice piece of woodwork that I truly enjoy; not in my kitchen forcing me to eat microwavable mac n cheese from my lap.

It features leaded glass cabinets, hardwood floors, lots of beautiful woodwork.

My thought is that even if after all these years other heirs suddenly appear out of the woodwork and forced it through probate, I'd still own at least a 1/3 share of the estate. 

It has all original wood work, and  original stained glass windows, giant pocket doors, etc.  

LOL..........so the lesson learned here is to be a greedy Wholesaler because there are just swarms of fools coming out of the woodwork to buy properties.....LOLIt sucks having morals I guess.

Outside needs 5k in paint and woodwork, and roof is on its last leg.
