Unfortunately, the good stuff (ie personal consultations, custom websites/logos, tax planning/accounting etc) won’t be free unless you put in the time yourself to learn every side skill in addition to real estate investment.My first step was allowing myself to get into analysis paralysis for a little while.

Does anyone know of graphic designer who can produce a nice logo?

Too many noob investors want to start with trying to get a LLC, finding the right name for the LLC, getting a great logo, looking for the right business card.....yada yada yada. 

How many of your shirts or shoes have little animals or logos on them??

I was able to have a designer design my logo, shout out to Fiverrr, and business cards.

None actually other than his cover logo on a loop.

The fact that they don't show a Pro member's logo in the online versions of the forum is maddening as over half of BP's traffic is likely mobile, if they're like most other websites.I think that this is a great site that could be better.Mitchell Herman

RE has supplied a very good income for us ever since.Here are the things I'd have done differently:Not waste time with the trappings of business; I thought I had to have a website, huge buyers list, logo, a fancy CRM.

Legally, you have to have their logo on everything.
