Currently considering my strategy as the current economical situation unfolds.

Meaning, sellers aren't getting the price for their homes that their "comparatives" were getting the month or two prior.Lastly, median home prices went from $587k in July to $579k in August.After 3 months of seeing this data move in a certain direction, I would argue we are seeing a trend unfold.

the site does seem a plethora of information in digestible bites. being able to "watch" things unfold within real examples is fabulous. :) 

But, I had contingencies, I went into it with multiple exit strategies and I went into it with a position of financial strength so we’ll see how it all unfolds.

It will be interesting to watch this unfold over the next 24 months. 

I just had a concern whether someone could renege on a signed lease that kicks in within a few days - whether or not they have paid a holding deposit, and how that situation would unfold on the move in date.
