Since my husband and I both have a thriving real estate brokerage, could we each pay ourselves $1000 a month, since this isn’t our “real jobs”?

I also wish more people understood that if you know what you're doing you can thrive in any stage of the market, even a crash.

It is it's own community and area and continues to thrive with and without Nashville.  

Going off of the personality traits I gave, where do you think each of us would thrive?

There is an entire world of private landlords out there who thrive on "helping" people with second chances- a few FB posts and I'll bet you'll find one. 

Glad to see the positive numbers about Vegas still thriving and looking in good shape for the short and long term.  

I like to tell my clients who struggle with the concept that cashflow pays for your kids lunch- which is great, we have to eat, but appreciation pays for their college.With very few exceptions, you need both in order to thrive in REI.
