Actually I disagree that taxes so up year over year, in fact we saw years of homes staying at the same value (up until the rush of 20-22).

Soup to nuts Ive learned and learned the hardway and have represented so many on deals its almost second nature to me to know what to ask and where to gravitate given understanding of your deal.

Soup Nazi was funny on TV, not so much in real life.So in short, if I can't trust my preparer to proactively help me keep simple mistakes from happening I'm not sure I should trust them on the more significant planning issues.

So up the rent a little next time.  

Eventually, what worked out well was ALL the dishes were in the sink and you just washed what you needed. ie, need a pot for heating a can of soup?
