As an introvert myself, taking a sales job sounds terrifying!!

Was terrified and excited when we closed escrow.

Totally terrified 40 year old rookie here in Northern California (North of Sacramento). 

Landlords are having a hard time gaining control of their properties which is limiting supply  4) Some homeowner's are terrified of COVID and would have wanted to sell but don't want strangers entering their house (limiting supply) 5) As a real estate broker and property manager many houses are being sold and rented to people moving here from out of state for remote work or other reasons.

I was terrified when I received the initial call that a fire had broken out in one of our 4-plexes, but the process was surprisingly smooth and not a bad experience at all. 

If you saw me, I look like an extra from Braveheart, but I am TERRIFIED of snakes.They are all over the outside and even in our basement.
