For any of you that followed last years threads on Vegas imploding on itself real estate wise because the Casino's had to close etc.
Well a year later its on fire the market went the exact opposite .. WHY who has opinions on why. ??
CA over flow thats some of it I guess.
Great place to own a SFR rental Low tax's and maintenance that's possible.
Flight from other high tax states Like Oregon Maybe ..
