What steps do you think BP, or any community forum for that matter, could take in order to cut down on irrelevant posts/discussions focused on virality rather than on true, thought-provoking content that others within the industry could continue to use as an actual tool?

Excellent thought-provoking post Bill Gulley.It also challenges the mind to think outside the box.I believe “Magic” Johnson and his partners have made huge fortunes revitalizing old neighborhoods.

The guy was hilarious while thought provoking.

It has been a very thought provoking site, making me see real estate from a very different perspective.I came from a very small town, and the thing I enjoyed the most when I went to college was opening my mind up to new perspectives and ideas that simply didn't exist where I had come from.
