I love my MinoHD Flipalso, non-related, since it's pretty small it's easy to hide and then pull pranks on your wife,kids and sister and catch it on camera.

This allows me to have one number for callers.

My area (Silicon Valley) has so much competition.So I would say, I would have jumped at the opportunity to work with the second caller.

I have not had the pleasure of getting a call like that but I'd take the caller much more serious than the rookie that watched the latest Than Merrill 'live' webinar.

If you send them all out at once you will be more likely to feel bombarded with callers, while increments will spread out the callers throughout the month.

search_query=negot...It could take you 6 months to watch these videos over and over, botch 100's of seller calls before you get anyone close to signing a contract.BTW you can practice for free without risking your expensive callers.  

Not letting people contact us using ephemeral, or even faked, caller ID's, or anonymous and spoofed emails (the opposite of anonymity), etc. is how we best protect privacy.

I do have a US phone number on Skype on which I talk to realtors, cash buyers etc so callers will only pay the US domestic rates, not international, so that at least is not an obstacle. 

@Blair Poelman So you give them something along the lines of a script with "if the caller says this, you say that"?
