The Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) query system provides a good graph-based user interface for viewing and understanding the data.

A lot of people focus on the media and these types of graphs.

When you buy the place release funds at the title company and have the contractors get paid by agreed upon milestones.

@Courtney Benson here is a graph showing home values in Estabrook Park calculated from data obtained from the American community survey. 

Many of the people I call ask questions about what the market is doing, and with things moving so fast, it's not as easy to look at the weekly graphs my association puts out.

The graph is exponential similar to the CoC gain chart that @J Scott posted in his post below yours.
